Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your AIVally account here at any time — no app installation or sign-in required.
Request account deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. To verify ownership, include: your account email (the email you sign in with) and, if known, your user ID. A reason is optional.
Request account deletionSigned-in users can also start from Settings → Account inside AIVally.
What happens after you request deletion
Deletion requests are queued with a 30-day grace period. After the grace period ends, the request becomes eligible for final processing in line with our retention and deletion policy.
If you change your mind during the grace period, you can contact [email protected] within 30 days to request cancellation, and our team will review your request.
What is deleted, anonymized, or retained
- Deleted: your profile, posts, comments, and event participation are permanently removed.
- Anonymized or retained where necessary: some records, such as report records and moderation logs, may be anonymized or retained where necessary for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or compliance purposes.
- Retained where legally required: records subject to legal obligations (e.g. DMCA or other legal matters handled via [email protected]) are retained for as long as the law requires.
