Operator and account eligibility

AIVally is operated by Ecoso Co., Ltd, Taiwan Unified Business Number 83160164. The service is for people age 18 and older.

Data used by the service

AIVally processes account and sign-in identifiers, profile information you provide, settings and region preferences, content and files you submit, community interactions, reports and moderation records, and service/security records needed to deliver the features you use.

These records are used to authenticate accounts, provide requested features, save preferences and content, operate community safety controls, process purchases, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures.

Service providers and purchase channels

Verified service providers include Supabase for account and application data, configured sign-in providers such as Google when you choose them, and AI/model or content-processing providers used by the feature you invoke.

Payment processing follows the purchase channel: NewebPay processes Taiwan web payments; Whop processes International web payments and subscription billing when that channel is used; existing Paddle subscriptions keep their Paddle lifecycle. Payment providers handle sensitive payment credentials such as full card numbers.

Controls, deletion, and retention

You can manage supported preferences and community controls in Settings. Account deletion requests are queued with a 30-day grace period; after that period, they become eligible for final processing. The request itself does not prove that finalization has completed.

Some transaction, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and legal-compliance records may be retained after account deletion where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations. These retained records are not used to keep your Aivally account active.

Deleting your Aivally account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription separately; final account deletion waits until the active subscription ends.
