You can request deletion of your AIVally account here at any time — no app installation or sign-in required.
Request account deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. To verify ownership, include: your account email (the email you sign in with) and, if known, your user ID. A reason is optional.

What happens after you request deletion
When an authenticated deletion request is accepted, it is queued with a 30-day grace period. When the grace period ends, our systems finalize the request automatically — unless an active subscription is still running, in which case final deletion waits until that subscription ends.
If you change your mind during the grace period, you can contact [email protected] within 30 days to request cancellation, and our team will review your request.
Keep the Request ID from your deletion receipt. You can check your request on the deletion status page, which also confirms when deletion has been completed.
Final processing and retained records
Final deletion runs automatically after the grace period. It deletes your sign-in identity and active sessions, your profile (including your avatar and profile photos), and the content and activity records tied to your account, and it anonymizes your authorship of shared messages that other people still take part in and of community threads you started.
Some transaction, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and legal-compliance records may be retained after account deletion where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations, and other records may be anonymized rather than removed. These retained records are not used to keep your Aivally account active. Exact statutory retention periods are not stated here.
Deleting your Aivally account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription separately; final account deletion waits until the active subscription ends.
