Community Guidelines

This is a courtesy English translation. The Traditional Chinese version is the binding original.

AIVally is a trust-based social platform. These guidelines explain what's allowed, what gets reviewed or removed, and how to report or block safely.

1. Zero-tolerance categories

Any of the following triggers immediate hiding / removal, and may lead to account suspension or deletion:

  • Sexual content, sexual violence, child sexual abuse material
  • Hate speech; racial / gender / sexual-orientation discrimination
  • Encouragement of self-harm or suicide methods
  • Violent threats, personal attacks, harassment
  • Scams, crypto / guaranteed-return investment schemes, gambling promotion
  • Impersonation; stolen photos / names
  • Copyright, trademark, or likeness infringement

2. Automated + human review

AIVally uses a three-layer review system:

  • Pre-publish filtering: every piece of UGC (events, comments, posts, profiles) passes keyword and LLM checks before it is published.
  • Periodic deep scans: the system scans new content every 5–10 minutes to catch gray areas missed at publish time.
  • Report-triggered review: when one piece of content accumulates multiple reports, the system escalates to weighted LLM review and queues it for human moderation.

3. How to report

On any event, comment, topic, post, or profile, open the ☰ menu → choose “Report” → pick the closest reason (spam / objectionable content / scam / harassment / impersonation / copyright / other) and add optional details. Track the status underSettings → My reports.

AIVally commits to responding within 24 hours. Dedicated mailbox:[email protected].

4. How to block

On any user's content, tap ☰ → “Block user”. Blocking is a hard block: mutually invisible — they cannot see you, and you will not see any of their content. Manage or undo it anytime underSettings → Blocked list.

5. Appeals

If you believe content was wrongly flagged / removed, email[email protected]with the subject “Appeal + content ID”. We reply within 7 business days.
