These terms describe the same AIVally service rules shown in Traditional Chinese. No displayed language is designated as the binding version.
Eligibility and service use
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an AIVally account. By using AIVally, you agree not to abuse the service, disrupt its systems, or post unlawful or infringing content.
AIVally may adjust features, restrict access, and hide or remove content that violates these terms or the Community Guidelines. Enforcement depends on the affected feature and available review tools.
AI-generated content is for reference only and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Operator and payment relationship
AIVally is operated by Ecoso Co., Ltd, Taiwan Unified Business Number 83160164. Purchase terms depend on the market and channel where checkout is completed, not on interface language.
Taiwan direct web purchase: the seller is Ecoso Co., Ltd. Online payments for the Taiwan web storefront are processed by NewebPay. NewebPay is the appointed payment-processing service, not the seller. Online checkout for the Taiwan web storefront is open.
International web purchase: hosted checkout and subscription billing are processed through Whop where supported. The checkout and receipt identify the price, tax, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms for that purchase. Existing Paddle subscriptions retain their original Paddle relationship.

Community content and safety
Do not post sexual exploitation content, violent threats, hate or discriminatory content, encouragement of self-harm, harassment, impersonation, infringement, scams, or other illegal activity.
Reporting and blocking controls are available on supported community surfaces. Availability may vary by content type; if an in-product control is unavailable, contact [email protected]. Reports are reviewed as reasonably practicable, without a guaranteed response time.

Account deletion and local rights
Account deletion requests enter a 30-day grace period before they become eligible for final processing. See the Account Deletion page.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory or non-waivable rights that apply where you live. Any exact governing-law or jurisdiction clause remains subject to owner/legal review.
If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the service.
