By using AIVally you agree to follow the platform rules: do not abuse the service, disrupt its systems, or post unlawful or infringing content.
The platform reserves the right to adjust features, restrict access, and handle violating content.
AI-generated content is for reference only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should stop using the service.
Seller and payment relationship (by market)
The service is operated by Ecoso Co., Ltd, Taiwan Unified Business Number 83160164. The contracting seller for a paid subscription depends on the market and channel where you purchase — never on the interface language.
Taiwan — direct web purchase: the seller is Ecoso Co., Ltd, Taiwan Unified Business Number 83160164. Online payments for the Taiwan web storefront are processed by NewebPay. NewebPay is the appointed payment-processing service, not the seller. The opening of online checkout for the Taiwan web storefront will be announced on this site; until then, checkout cannot yet be completed on the Taiwan web storefront.
International (outside Taiwan) — web purchase: hosted checkout and subscription billing are handled through Whop where supported. The final seller, price, tax, renewal, cancellation, and payment relationship shown at checkout governs that purchase. Existing Paddle subscriptions retain their original Paddle relationship.
iOS / Android in-app purchases: these are future purchase channels and are not part of the current Web launch.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
To comply with Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2, AIVally maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, scams, and objectionable user-generated content. Posts, comments, direct messages, and profile text are all governed by this policy.
Your commitment: do not post objectionable content, including but not limited to sexual content, violence, hate, racial / gender discrimination, encouragement of self-harm or suicide, harassment or intimidation, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, or the promotion of scams and illegal activity (financial fraud, unlicensed gambling, drugs, illegal weapons, and similar).
Platform rights: AIVally reserves the right to remove or hide content and suspend accounts at any time, and may initiate content review, suspend posting privileges, or delete accounts under this policy without prior notice. All review decisions are documented and internally audited.
Reporting & response: any user can file a report directly from the interface (the ☰ menu on event details, comments, topics, and profiles). AIVally commits to responding within 24 hours. See theCommunity Guidelines for detailed reporting instructions; the dedicated reporting mailbox is[email protected].
Blocking: every user can unilaterally block any other user (hard block — mutually invisible). Once blocked, the other party cannot view your events, comments, posts, or profile, and you will not see any of their content. Manage blocks underSettings → Blocked list.
Non-infringement: you warrant that content you upload does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, likeness, or privacy rights. AIVally may remove violating content immediately and pursue remedies as permitted by law.
